In order to develop promotional activities abroad, the Asociación de Exportadores de Chile A.G. (ASOEX, Chilean Exporters Association), along with producing representatives, develops and administers activities that count with the important contribution coming from the Ministry of Agriculture’s Promotional Funds of Agricultural Cattle Exports, ProChile, as well as the Chilean Embassies within the countries of destination.

The actions are focused on the generic promotion of the Chilean fruit amongst the main international markets, using a common corporative image by which also contributes to the ranking of the Chilean image abroad.

In order to spread and strengthen the Chilean fruit industry placing— its competitiveness having been increased within the international market —ASOEX, together with organisms dedicated in promoting the  country’s image, take part in the most important fairs which congregate the  fresh fruit industry leaders.

The assembly of corporative stands, various fruit sampling, and the delivery of handy information on our industry to importers, distributors and salesmen, as well as the involvement in fairs, seminars, congresses, conventions and exhibitions, greatly comprise the marketing strategy of the exporting sector.

The Produce Marketing Association Convention, United Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Assn. Expo Conference and Convention (USA); Expo-ANTAD (Mexico); Fruit Logistics (Germany); Foodex, Food and Hotel China and Asia Fruit Congress (Asia); Fresh and Re:Fresh (Europe), are the most relevant fairs where ASOEX regularly participates.
