Plumcot is a hybrid fruit that is the result of the crossing of a plum and an apricot. The tree looks like a plum tree. The fruit is attractive, has a nice flavour with high sugar content. It is very juicy and the colour and flavour of its pulp is similar to the plum’s, but with scent and taste of a apricot.

Storage
Keep the plumcots at 0°C, with a relative environmental humidity of 95%. Storage life can be up to 40 days.

Choose firm, well coloured fruits.
Display in original shipping units.
Keep them at room temperature until they are ripe, then refrigerate.
